Delivery

Delivery is FREE to any vessel at either Port of Blyth, Port of Tyne, Port of Seaham, Port of Sunderland, or Teesport. Any Ports outside of this area will be subject to a surcharge. Your order arrives on fully shrink-wrapped pallets when applicable.

What information do we need from you?

We need to receive:

  • A contact name

  • Vessel name 

  • IMO Ship Identification Number

  • Contact email address 

  • Delivery destination (UK Port)

  • Shipping Agent (including contact details)

You will be prompted to enter this information on the checkout page. 

Please note. We only deliver to Ports in the United Kingdom. 

1.1 Is there a minimum order value?

No. There is no minimum order value.

1.2 Is there an order deadline?

Yes. Your order has to be placed at least 3 days' before your vessel's ETA.

For example, if your vessel is arriving at The Port of Tyne on 4th February, your order has to be placed by 1st February. 

Not quick enough? Get in touch with us as we may be able to process your order quicker.

1.3 Is delivery included?

Yes. Delivery is FREE to any vessel at either Port of Blyth, Port of Tyne, Port of Seaham, Port of Sunderland, or Teesport. Any Ports outside of this area will be subject to a surcharge.

Please note. We only deliver to Ports in the United Kingdom. 

1.4 Will my order be confirmed?

Yes. Your order will be confirmed by email within 24 hours of the order being placed. 

1.5 What happens if some of the items I've ordered are out of stock?

If any items are out of stock you will be notified via email. In the event that this happens you have the following options:

  • Proceed with order without the out of stock item(s) as long as it reaches the minimum order value. (Items out of stock will be refunded).

  • Cancel the order

1.6 When will I receive my order?

Your order will be delivered once your vessel has arrived in port. We can liaise with your shipping agent to agree a set time.

2.3 When will my card be charged?

It will be charged upon purchase.

2.2 Do we accept cash?

No. When ordering online payment has to be made via our website before all orders are delivered. If placing an order using a 'request for quote' please ask us for our payment terms.  

2.1 What payment methods are available?

When ordering online we only accept payment via our website. This can be done using all major credit cards as well as PayPal. If placing an order using a 'request for quote' please ask us for our payment terms.

3.3 What is the cost of delivery?

There is no delivery fee.

3.4 Why does the item I receive look different from the one on the website?

Our suppliers occasionally change the packaging of the products. The images on our website are not always updated to represent these changes in packaging. Subject to where ever possible, we will ensure our images are updated to reflect these changes.

The brand of certain items are subjected to changes.

4.  Discount codes

4.1 How do I use the discount code?

Once you click 'view cart' you will be taken to the checkout screen. At the bottom left you will see the text, ' Enter a promo code'.

Once the code is successfully entered, the total order amount will be updated.

Please note that discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other group or credit card discounts. Discount codes are case-sensitive and only one promo code can be used per order.

4.2 My discount code is not working; what should I do?

Please ensure that you meet the Terms & Conditions of the discount codes and that the code has been entered correctly. Codes are only valid for a select number of days.

Discount codes are case-sensitive.

5. Account

5.1 How do I register?

  1. Please click HERE to create a new account.

  2. Fill in your details to create an account.

  3. Once submitted we will verify your details.

  4. Once the verification process has been completed you will receive a confirmation email.

  5. You are then ready to start using our online procurement platform.

5.2 How do I update my account details?

Please log in and click on your account name located at the top right hand corner of the screen.

Then click 'My Account'.

You can then view and edit your personal information.
